Mc-ing/Rapping, Dj-ing/Scratching, Break Dancing, And Graffiti Writing. 4 elements of hip hop:For students in Grade 5 and up. The concept stems from an African proverb that originated in America during slavery times. 2 Hip Hop There are 4 major parts to Hip-Hop. The overarching theme for the conference is 'Each One Teach One'.
